About Me
****Not able to host at the moment due to insane workload at the university*****
I received my BA degree from the American University in Bulgaria with a major in Political Science and International Relations and minors in Fine Arts and French. I have been to more than 20 countries and for 7 years now I live abroad. I have a deep passion for art and digital photography as well as an ever-growing lust for new experiences. I enjoy nature, chill music and a good company.
If you wanna see some of my work, check out my Instagram: @yiichko
Currently working as a part time artist 🎨 (even though my mother keeps telling me that it's not a real job :D)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am interested in understanding the universes of each person I meet along my way. In my opinion, Cs is a great place to meet some inspiring people who could take me to some cool places and show me some fascinating things.
Also I think it's a cool way to understand each country from within and get an authentic experience rather than having your typical Chinese-souvenirs-scented mainstream touristy trip.
Interests
I have way too many interests to be able to list them all in a tabular form :D I love learning and understanding more about myself and the world around me so I'm pretty much curious about everything from quantum mechanics to biology and cosmology :p

Music, Movies, and Books
To many to count honestly, some that come to my mind would be Le petit prince, the Alchemist, Intentional Dissonance, the city of glass by Paul Auster and 1984
In regards to music I mostly like indie stuff but would listen to anything that would make me feel something : Arctic Monkeys, the Kooks, Florence and the Machine, Nicholas Jaar, Beth Hart, the lumineers, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Gorillaz, Cage the Elephant, other indie stuff.
Movies: Mr. Nobody, Requiem for a dream, Fight Club, The Grand Budapest Hotel, The Prestige.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Lemme go with three:
1. Almost died at a Bosnian peace march
2. jumped/fell off a cliff at the Akchour waterfall in Morocco.
3. Stayed for 3 days homeless in the streets of Chicago :D
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share my worldview, adventures, and ideas with anyone who is willing to listen. I could also teach you how to swear like a Russian :D
