About Me
Walking through the heritage sites and behold an intricate art and crafts manship, hiking through the lush green forest up to the hill and enjoying the view of panoramic landscape, crossing passes and walk over the snow in the lap of Himapayas and explaining ritual activities and cultural aspects of many ethnic people are my life's activities by profession with my guests. I enjoy the work as a tour guide.I better find peace when I am in the nature and do meditation. I am ShivaPrasad Dhakal, originally from village Gorkha, living in Kathmandu, Nepal and doing tour guiding for 15 years. As I am a licensed holder city tour and trekking guide, I have been in most parts of my country and explain about history, culture, iconography, geography, ritual activities etc.
As I am tour and trekking guide, I would like to meet people from different countries and exchange cultural things.
Important: I have been offering FREE TOUR KATHMANDU everyday (Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat) at 9 am in the morning and 2 pm in the afternoon that begins from the Garden of Dreams, Thamel. Anyone who would like to join and enjoy the tour can contact me in this mail:
E-mail: himkalaadventure@gmail.com
Cell phone: 9841376470
The tour is about 3-4 hours through local market, temples, monasteries and finally ends to Monkey Temple.
With Love and Respect
