I am moving to Warsaw for my studies in Warsaw School of Economics. As soon as I feel comfy and in control of the new situation, I will be very happy to start hosting people at my new place. :D
ABOUT ME
I'm optimistic person, excited to get to know other cultures :D I believe that empathy and the attempt to understand others is the key to good and profound reletionships, not only considering interpersonal bonds but also in terms of global issues. More personally, I'm fascinated with Indian culture, it's my great passion and love. I like to talk with people and have fun with them so meeting new ones is a big pleasure to me. I am a vegetarian.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

THE SHORT STORY
One of my friends told me once about CS and that he was going in a few hours to meet an abroad traveler. I got kind of fascinated with the fact that you can so easily get to know people from other countries and cultures (I have participated in some international camps before but how could I meet those people without any organisation, I asked myself). The concept of the CS was for me fantastic! However I hadn't started my journey with CS for about a year after that conversation and only a few weeks ago did I registered to the site.
MY EXPERIENCES
This September I’ve had my first CS experience – and it was awesome! :D I traveled with my boyfriend to Italy and we were hosted twice. Both times we met a lot of people; some of them were travelers from all over the world, some were local, each of them interesting, positive, enthusiastic and extremely friendly! There were so many of them and each one worth mentioning and remembering. We talked about different things, got to know their (and also our) cultures better. The locals gave us some very useful tips concerning sightseeing. We made friends there and had an extremely enjoyable time together! :D If somebody asked me, whether I recommend you CouchSurfing, I’d answer no. I don’t recommend you to try it, I command you to do so!!! <3 It was my first adventure with CS and now I can’t wait for the new ones! :D

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC
I like different genres of music. In Łódź we have quite a lot of jazz concerts and I love attending them with my dad who is a biiig entuhusiast of jazz. :D Recently I've discovered ragas and fell in love with Ravi Shankar and his daughter Anoushka. But my deepest love is the bollywood music, which is more profound (at least for me) than one would expect. It makes me smile, laugh, cry... I just love it!
