Hi there!!

My name is Isa, I am 29 years old, and I am Spanish.
I am currently on an undated backpacking trip around the world with my boyfriend.
The reason? Giving a 180º turn to a life that did not fulfill us, that is why we decided to undertake this trip, to learn and get to know beautiful cultures to the fullest, other ways of seeing and understanding the world. We spent 2 months and a half traveling around Mexico, which was one on the craziest and most amazing adventures of all times. Now we're heading Southeast Asia to find new ones. CAN'T WAIT!!!!

I am a cheerful, outgoing person but at times also introverted, optimistic, orderly, respectful, restless and very curious: I am always looking for something new to learn. I love learning new languages, meeting people, reading, playing the Sims, sewing, painting, cooking, wandering around... never say no to sth new to learn.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are looking for an adventure with no guide but the local people we meet, not to do the traditional touristic trips but to mix with locals, share with them experiences, exchanging cultures, hobbies, and also sharing out trip with all those who want to join, even if we only coincide for a bus trip.
Mexico taught us to trust in fate and the people it puts on your way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

* My first solo experience backpacking the south of Chile, which was also my first experience using Couchsurfing. It completely changed my trip.
* Quitting a life I was just starting to build because I felt it was nit what I really wanted to do, take a back and start a trip in the middle of the pandemic. Best sh** ever.
