About Me

I am studying Industrial Engineering in Sabanci University. I am one of the members of CIP(Civic Involvement Project) for a year by now. Last year I went to orphanage once each week with my project group. Also I am a part of committee that plans our college's festival called Offtown Festival(http://offtown.sabanciuniv.edu/en). Almost 5.000 people joined and as students we arranged everything. Planning organizations/travels become my hobby.
I like attending music festivals, get to know another culture and try different foods and drinks. I also like cooking but I am new to this cooking thing so be aware.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to learn different things and get to know different cultures. I think best way to do that meeting, chatting, even travelling around with natives. It can be nice experiment.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am fine with all kinds of music but sometimes I can't handle death metal. I prefer Indie music. (Florence + Machine, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Arctic Monkeys and lots of underrated indie groups)

I really like watching tv series. Person of Interest, Suits, Narcos, Mr. Robot, Game of Thrones etc. my favorites.

Movies: A Clockwork Orange and Donnie Darko could be my all time favorites but I can't skip Lord of the Rings Triology and Matrix.

I usually read fantastic, fantasy or Si-Fi books. (The Kingkiller Chronicle, Guardians of Time Trilogy, A Song of Ice and Fire)
But lately I read Haruki Murakami ( Norwegian Wood, Kafka on the Shore and Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World )

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After organising a festival which is a process takes a year, watching people having fun insanely. That was amazing.
