About Me

Update for may 2018: I still can't host for the moment as I'm in a flatshare.

I'm a simple woman who just want to travel and see things. I'm particularly in love with Scotland and Ireland, but I'm willing to see a lot more.

I'm a nature and animal lover. I want to help protecting oceans and stuff, and I'm also a vegetarian though I have no problem with other people eating meat.

I'm currently improving my skills in travel photography and I'd love to go scuba diving once in my life.

Yup, that's basically me :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Although I'm from Switzerland, I'm not rich and Couchsurfing could be a good way to spare money and meet cool people at the same time. And I just think it's a nice way to travel, as hitch-hiking is for the same reason. I hope this doesn't sound materialistic but just kinda honest.

Music, Movies, and Books

The Beatles, Green Day, Rammstein, Buddy Holly, Pat Benatar and Frank Sinatra.

Natural Born Killers, A Clockwork Orange, Shining, Batman (the 1989 version, not the Ben Affleck one. Especially not the George Clooney one).
I'm a huge movies fan so I couldn't write every single one I love. But in case you're interested here's some tv shows: Supernatural, Outlander, Twin Peaks, Stargate SG-1, American Horror Story and many more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been whale watching once... Okay I just saw half the body and a tail, but could we just say I've seen one? (This sounds cool when telling people about it).

I did a solo trip in the UK for 3 months. It's maybe not exceptional for some of you guys who traveled far and longer but for me it was a nice accomplishment.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know quite a lot of useless facts, the ones that you're proud to have learn but deep down you know they're not going to make anyone smarter. So if you want to know what is Scotland national animal or how many hearts does a squid have, here I am :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I know some nice cooking, and as I traveled quite a bit I can share some travel stories. Nothing exceptional but my company and a beer if asked nicely :D

Countries I’ve Visited

Brazil, Canada, England, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Martinique, Netherlands, Portugal, Scotland, Switzerland, Wales

Countries I’ve Lived In

Portugal, Scotland, Switzerland
