ABOUT ME

I'm very energetic and easy going. I have to say I love my job and there is nothing else -besides from traveling- I enjoy doing the most.

I consider myself as a very friendly and outgoing person. I can talk for hours non-stop but at the same time I know to distinguish when it is time to remain silent and be serious. I don't have an specific topic of interest when it comes to chatting or discussing something, and if in any case im not that familiar with the topic I always have an open mind to learn about it and to share my ideas and points of view.

As a profesional intepreter I am very fond of learning and discovering new things. I am always looking for words, news or anything that can help me satisfy my curiosity.

I have worked in different cities in Mexico but I've also had the opportunity to go to Costa Rica four times since 2016 to do some interpretations. Subjects can go from environmental matters to sinter and brazing industrial furnaces.

Meeting new people and visiting new places has somehow become an addiction to me, I just can't seem to get enough.

-October 2016 to January 2017: I travelled around south east Asia by myself breaking all prejudices that people could have in my country about a girl traveling by herself and it has been the most amazing and enriching experience I've ever had.

-May 1st to June 4th: traveling solo around Europe visiting friends from back home and friends I met during my travels in south east Asia. Highlights: Split and Hvar island in Croatia!

PHILOSOPHY

if there's time, will and a way there should be no room for excuses! I believe that if there's something we want to do we should take the risk and go for it, otherwise the regret of not doing it when you had the chance and the "what ifs" will haunt us forever.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think this is the best and greatest way to bring people from different countries and cultures together. I know there are people out there that -like me- are hungry for travel experiences but also want to become immersed in all the existing cultures and lifestyles. So all of us together, by hosting and being a guest, can learn somehow from one another by sharing all the things that make us who we are :D

traveled to Thailand with my grandma! I will never forget the picture of me pushing her on her wheelchair through the night market in Chiang Mai <3
