Hej, we are Markus and Martin. We are friends since our early days at school. Actually we grew up in two neighbouring villages close to Leipzig and after finishing school, we've changend our native places. So now, regrettably there is quite a pretty distance between our current homes. But in some weeks of the year, we meet us and in this year we'll spend some days together in Ireland.

Our occupations and activities: Markus does an apprenticeship as hearing aid acoustician and Martin study fine arts. We like to spend our time to hear music. And really hear to it. Not doing stuff during this time. Then we like to cook with friends. (Markus is more talented than Martin, but Martin is able to accept that and is good in give compliments) And we are interested in art and all that fancy hipster-things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We'd like to use our time to get to know some native boys and girls and to see the country through the eyes of these locals. Also we are a little scared that after the first days we'll start to get on our nerves, cause there is nobody else to talk to. And furthermore, as already mentioned, it's always enjoyable to cook together. We are fine with meat, but usually we eat vegetarian.
