Overview
About Me
Hi all! I'm Julia, a Belgian girl who prefers living abroad. I studied translation in Brussels and Utrecht (the Netherlands), lived in Birmingham (UK) for a bit and in French Polynesia for a year. I spent a year and a half in Malta ad another year and a half in London. I'm now back in Belgium for a while. I'm planning to travel more, which is why I joined Couchsurfing!
A little more about me: I love food and trying out new cuisines. I love languages and linguistics. I love trees (I grew up in the countryside). I work as a freelance translator. I'm open-minded and love a good laugh. I read a lot when I find the time.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think it's the best opportunity to meet local people and a great way to discover the country I'm visiting.
