Hello everyone! My name is Herb and I'm originally from the US but now I'm living in the UK for work. I really like travelling and meeting new people and my friend recommended couchsurfing so I decided to give it a go and join.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to meet up with locals a lot, it makes the trip a lot better to me because they can show me all the places that they know. Whether they are foreigners who have only lived there for a while or people who have lived there their whole lives, they can show and teach me a lot more about the country than I could discover by just simply travelling around myself.
