About Me

I was born and raised in Hungary. I am studying economics in Budapest, and I'm planning to make a master degree in finance.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm half hungarian and half russian-ukrainian, and this duality made me an open minded person when it comes to getting know more about any culture on the world. Art is the most essential for me in life and everything is just secondary. When you find yourself in a new culture, with a brand new concept of art and spiritualism, you are simply reborn. I hope that this site helps me break down those barriers, which are in the way of this.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have a favourite music genre, because every genre has It's masterpiece and every genre has the possibility to create masterpieces. The love of music can't be described, and can't be defined with some bands or peformers, It's much bigger than that.
But what I'm really into, it is filmart. Nothing can bring me closer to the catharsis. When the visuality and the sound are in the perfect harmony, something unearthly happens. That's why I love directors, who have a vision throughout their carreer. My favourites are Darren Aronofsky, Stanley Kubrick, Andrey Tarkovsky, Kar Wai Wong, Milos Forman, Ingmar Bergman and David Lynch.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To experience the Stanley Kubrick exhibition in Krakow. It was always my opinion that he is an overrated director- well, I have never been so wrong in my life. He changed my perception on life.
