Being a young studying/working girl who lives in a big city and trying to figure it all out, who's choosing to ride a bike rather than commute and prefering a plant based diet over a traditional polish cousine (very greasy!) for some people seem to be some kind of millenial-neohippie lifestyle. My answer to that always is the same - even if that's true - what so, if I enjoy it so much?

This year I'm about to get my bachelor degree at Warsaw University and will be a qualified Polish teacher for foreigners.

I volunteer at NGO that is providing different forms of support for new-commers, migrants and refugees.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to see places that I visit from the perspective of resident, not a turist. It's incredible how different every city is, when you experience it with a local guide instead of Google maps or Trip Advisor.

Music, Movies, and Books

I used to work as a volunteer at many different festivals of independent cinema among Poland and that's my favourite way to discover new films and directors.

I'm interested in a traditional way of singing called 'white voice'. On different workshop with local singers I'm discovering traditional songs of my home region Podlasie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've made my own recipe for vegan stock that tastes exactly like the traditional one that my grandma makes!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love exchanging cooking inspiration and collecting recipes from all over the world (they don't need to be vegan - the biggest fun is to try making any dish vegan on your own!).

I do yoga on a daily basis (or at least I try to stick to the routine...) and meditate, so you are more than welcome to join my routine.
