All music - I work with music and facilitate dance and love discovering more to add to my library - send me your playlists! Forever on the hunt for new books. Currently re-reading Cutting For Stone - highly recommend... Wow. I can't think of my favourite movie... I re-watched Ratatouille recently which was epic.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swum in phosphorescence! I felt like an actual mermaid. My whole body glowed flourescent turquoise as I paddled around in a tidal pool under the stars.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have taught yoga for awhile and will lead you through some breathing and stretches anytime! One of my jobs is to facilitate dance so if you would like a boogie buddy, I am always keen to wiggle. I love sharing cooking tips and tricks... Food is joy. I believe I learn from every new person I meet. Learning is life... Learning every second from everything, always.
