I'm Maja, a psychologist and psychotherapist from Ljubljana, Slovenia. I'm currently working on my PhD dissertation on relationship quality of long-distance couples. I'm also working with clients in the afternoons. I am a very spontaneous and open person, who's naturally interested in people's lives and perceptions. I love to meet strangers, chill out, discover places and talk. I have an amazing girlfriend Natasha who lives in Madrid and we decided to make a little roadtrip to Valencia in the end of August.

Let me explain a bit about my lack of references on my profile. I have been traveling for a long time, mostly with my travel buddy Monika and we couchsurfed quite a lot. Hence she was the more organised one, I had no trouble with her arranging things and me not even having a cs profile. During our last trip to Florida I took an advice from a smart host and made my own profile to officially become independent. Soon there might come a time when I am ready to travel alone and experience the world in a completely new way and I definitely want couchsurfing to be a part of it!
