I am an international teacher. I worked and lived in Korea for 4 years. Then I did a year of backpacking where I was lucky to meet couch surfers. Now I am living and teaching in Japan. I hope to see more of the world and meet new amazing people.

A friend recommended I try couchsurfing since I love to travel and meet new people. It has been a great way for me to meet up with other travelers when I am traveling. It has also been great for meeting new people visiting my city. I have had great luck and have meet some amazing people.

I can't think of one amazing thing I have done, because I feel like everyday is amazing. I am amazed to not have any fears about traveling alone and being able to see the world. I know there are new people to meet and places to experience. I feel lucky to have the opportunity to see the world and experience other countries and their cultures and eat fantastic food :). Life is an amazing adventure that I love living.

I am an open minded person who enjoys learning about new places and learning about cultures from the people who live there. I love going to places that locals recommend to experience what a typical day is outside of the tourist attractions.
