Hi guys!
I'm Lauren! I'm 28 years young! I'm a physical therapist currently located in Atlanta, GA. I am considering travel physical therapy after almost 3 years in ATL... and I thought what better way to travel and get to know places, people and culture than by couch surfing?!

I grew up in VA, went to Virginia tech... took a hiatus in Roatan, Honduras (after graduation) where I taught SCUBA as an instructor before heading out to San Diego to begin PT school! While in PT school I lived in Houston, Vegas, and New Zealand for my internships. After graduating I moved to Atlanta to start my career. So... the thing is... the travel bug never leaves me.

Aside from travel... I love SCUBA diving, attempting to surf, dancing (ballet classes here and there), gymnastics, Pilates, yoga, and rock climbing, which is my most consistent sport!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would love to make the world smaller by couch surfing. I would love to make friends wherever I go by living and bonding with people. Some of the things I would love to share on my travels would be cooking, sports, and life knowledge... whatever it may be.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love Mumford and Sons... and basically anything within that genera.

I just got a kindle and plan to read more! I love audio books! I think the Alchemist is my fav book!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Physical therapy mission trips (Costa Rica, El Salvador, Ecuador)... I love serving the community and healing people.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn more cooking or baking recipes, dancing, musical instruments, fun facts about the place I am visiting... and about the people I will be staying with!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love teaching about health and wellness, and what physical therapy can do for your body and mind. I love sharing food and drinks! I love making kombucha... currently on my first batch of wine. I love sharing physical therapy treatments!
