Hey, my name is Marina, I moved to the UK in July 2020 and work here as a social support worker now. Before that I have been a pediatric nurse in Germany for about 8 years.
I would describe myself as a very open minded person, that likes sharing and helping others and is always enjoying to get to know and try out new stuff. I am really thoughtful, sometimes overthinking things too much, but I try to work on that. I love nature, music, dancing, laughing and spending time with the people I love.
When you come to visit me, I can show you some nice spots around here, we can cook some vegetarian food together and I would love to get to know you and hear stories about your vacations and your home. :)

I love the idea behind it, I think it is such a nice way to travel and to get to know people from different cultures and hear so many interesting stories about their lifes!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling through Australia for 3 months, sleeping either in my car 'Patty Pathfinder' or in a tent, it was the ultimate feeling of being free ♡

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you the german language of course, some typical german ways to dance like discofox and walzer and I can recommend you some nice places and activities in the lovely Ruhrgebiet! :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I own a car, so if you need to go somewhere I can drive you there and as a nurse I have some really useful skills aswell, like being able to bring you back to life after a heartattack for example! ;)
