Hola humanitos!

I am no longer living in Seoul, South Korea (not for now), as I am moving back to my town Jama on the Pacific Coast of Ecuador.

It has been a while without using Couchsurfing, so I apologize for not replying on time.
Currently, I am working as a project officer in Iche Ecosystem, a social enterprise aiming at making food the engine of Manabi's economic and social transformation, making our territories more resilient, and innovative.

I keep traveling from time to time, my most recent trip was to COP28 in UAE, as I have been involved in youth activism in different fields, especially working in climate finance, food systems international climate negotiations, and innovation.

I grew up in Jama, and currently live there, a very very small town on the North Pacific coast of Ecuador, with beauuuutiful beaches, tropical forests, kind people, a chill life, and tons of mosquitoes.
As I work, I might limited option to host but I could show around.

Interests

I love to swim (especially in the ocean but a pool is always a good option), run and play soccer, and a I used to practice surf (super beginner level) sadly, already forgot what I learned.
I do love cooking and painting. I do not know how you release stress or sadness but my way is cooking or painting. It just makes me feel better.
Thanks God the recipes taste good,🤔 you can ask my roomate, I hope she's not lying to me.

Also, I'm learning to play ukelele haha still a amateur but can play couple of songs.

I'm a strong advocate of women Empowerment and sustainability.

Poetry and Magic Realism are my fav genres.

Action and thriller movies, but my favourites are the ones based on the World Wars and medieval times.

Of course Latin Music but nonlike the typical latino, sorry. I like reggaeton but not so much into it.
I like salsa I guess that's because of my dad. When I was a baby the only way I was able to sleep was when my father took me in his arms and carried me while dancing salsa, my parents said salsa was my soothing.
So I'm pretty sure that's reason I like salsa but honestly I am not good as all my family is, I am the worst.
