Hello! I was working as a Surgical Neurophysiologist (just ask ;) first all over Philadelphia and New York and then briefly in San Francisco. But I decided to quit my job, sell all my stuff travel around the world for a few years. I started traveling in May 2016 all around western Europe, then through southeast Asia and then Japan. From there I flew to Chile and may my way up through South and Central America and now I'm in Mexico for about 4 more months (until May 2018).

Music, Movies, and Books

My music tastes are all over the map from Top40/Pop to Folk, Gospel and even Country.
I used to be a SciFi/Fantasy nerd but didn't read a lot for pleasure for a long time while I was pursuing my career as a Neurophysiologist. Now I find I mostly read pop-science and whatever Free books I find on my travels!
Never have been much of a cinema-goer but I love Science and Nature documentaries, gay cinema, biographies, movies that were better as books.... I'll watch anything except horror/thrillers- I have a STRONG aversion to scary movies.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to cook (mostly because I love to eat) and learn about unfamiliar ingredients and cuisines. I have a strange love of manual labor- do you need someone to rake the leaves in your yard or move a big pile of rocks from one side of a fence to the other side....?
