About Me
Do good and good will find you!
I'm an adventurous girl looking to find out more about the world and different people from different places. I love making new friends, talking about everything and sharing experiences.
A little bit more about me: I'm 26 and originally from Brazil, currently living in Iceland.
I just started at Couchsurfing and had an amazing experience, so I’m preparing myself and my home to start hosting too.
I’m not hosting at the moment because my place needs some changes which are in the course of being done, but if you are not in a hurry or have no defined dates yet, you can message me and we can start talking.
I love animals, but specially cats.
I love nature and spending time exploring in the nature.
I love photography, portraits and landscapes, but specially portraits in landscapes.
I'm very interested in learning other languages, I'm currently learning Swedish and plan to learn Spanish next, so if you can help me with any of those, it would be great! And I can offer Portuguese in return if you are interested.
I'm also interested on trying different kinds of food, as well as cooking it, specially if it's a typical food of your country. I'm not vegetarian, but I'm always open to try it too, and I usually love it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My main goal is to meet people from different places and make new friends, not just go to someone's place so I don't pay for a hotel.
I like to think that I can make some friends that would like to visit me some day and see my country, or at least people that I can keep in touch and share our experiences in traveling or just life in general.
I would really like to make friends and have real connections, but also learn a bit of their culture, language, cooking, habits, etc.
As I heard many bad stories about people on Couchsurfing only wanting a free place to sleep, not being considerate at all, specially when they are new and have no references, so I’ll give preference to people with experience and references, but of course, I won’t discriminate against anyone, if you are just starting, you can still message me and tell me a little bit about yourself and what is your view of Couchsurfing. Depending how it goes, I’ll give you a chance.
I really don't want to use Couchsurfing surfing merely for saving money with hotel, I want friends and people who will interact with me, so if you prefer someone who just gets in to sleep, we might not be a good match.
Same works for when I start to host, I don't want surfers just to crash at my place without knowing anything about me without me anything about them and not interested on interaction, friendship, etc.
If you have read my profile so far, include the word “pancakes” in your message.

Watched the northern lights from my living room window. So beautiful!
Found an organic vegan chocolate with nuts that tastes absolutely AMAZING! It might sound silly to you, but for me damn.. that was amazing! (I’m still thinking about that chocolate)
I wanted a hat and I couldn't find it anywhere to buy in Brazil, so I decided to make my own. It went great and now everyone there wants one too (I would probably be selling hats and coats there if I hadn't moved to Sweden)
