Overview
About Me
My name is Mary Allison, and I’m currently a senior at Miami University. I'm an outdoor advocate, avid reader (typically nonfiction, but trying to improve that), morning enthusiast, and a misleadingly soft-spoken conversationalist.
My interests largely include international/current events, but often include cross-stitching and finding dog shelters to visit. My rule of thumb for acquainting myself somewhere new is to visit the public library - it tells you a lot about a place.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm not a gold-star planner, and find myself making somewhat rash adventure decisions on a fairly regular basis. So, couch surfing can be a saving grace for the broke and flexible.
The relatively little I've gotten to travel so far has made me a better and more embracing person, and I'm here to continue the trend. Some awesome people gave me invaluable experiences simply by not saying "no" when they could offer help, and I see no reason to not be a place to crash for someone else trying to do their own awesome thing.
