You can call me Sunny if you want! Most people here do. I got the name at a kids camp I worked at last summer and it just kinda stuck. I love learning and experiencing new things, I love to share stories and I love wandering around and finding the best spots to sit and enjoy the area. I love spending time with people and meeting their pets because I miss fat cat a lot.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm starting to make my way around Europe by au pairing but while I'm between families or on little trips I need to find a place to stay and I'd much rather spend time with a native of the area sleeping on the couch and sharing cultures than in a hotel room with no idea where a good bar to go is.

Although I have no home to host with, before I moved to Europe I had my own apartment that I had lots of friends and friends of friends stay at. I always loved having guests, they made things much more fun and exciting. Staying up late talking, watching movies, showing each other our favourite music, and going to the cafe downstairs in the morning was always more fun with company. The first three weeks in my own apartment, I spent only two nights alone and it was fantastic.

Moved out at 17, got my own apartment at 18 and moved to Europe at 20 mostly by myself but of course I get by with a little help from my friends.
