My name is Irene and I'm 23 years old. Nowadays I'm studiying Psicology, and I’ve studied Pedagogy too. I was born in a little village of Extremadura, whose name is Montijo, but I'm studiying in Salamanca (the best known student city). I was a volunteer at a foundation that works with disabilities people and I’m working in another foundation that helps people in social exclusion.
I am very happy with everything I do.

I love travel, and I would like to know new cities around the world, so I’m open to other people and cultures. Couchsurfin is a interesting way to travel cheaper, and it could be an enriching experience. I consider it is an opportunity that everybody have to live once in a lifetime.

I had worked as au pair in Bredene (Ostend), a little village of Belgium. Au pair is a type of job where an agency contact with families who need help with their children. In my experience, I taught my language to the family and I took care of their kids. It is an incredible experience where you can know new cultures living with a native family of any city!
