About Me

Well,.. I feel full of life in this incredible world of love and hater where I wonder around for all kinds of experience, adventure and connections. I like to challenge myself to learn and grow and hope to find happiness in simple things. I just got back to the Netherlands after my two year taking trip around Asia and find myself at a point of not knowing what is next?? Traveling showed me a different way of living which is so wonderful, timeless and pure. I like to live by the day, feeling the unpredictability and let me surprise by whatever will happen. So lets see.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Its a great way to meet and connect to (local) people who can share the secrets and knowledge of their place and inspire me in what they do or are. Im really interested in the way people live, they think, what they do and talk about the why. Im also a great fan of hitchhiking, meeting al those random hospitable people is so precious.

Interests

I love to connect with people and spent time in the nature. Philosophizing about life and gain knowledge about different and sustainable ways of living. Dance, read books, discover new thing, enjoy the silence, listen to music, and, my biggest wish to learn how to play an instrument myself. But somehow i think i never got my fair portion of music skills when this got divided ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

Everything at the right moment. But for instance, I could listen to Xavier Ruddfor many hours :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A remarkable, experience I will never forget is the timeless journey me and my friend did, by driving down the west coast of Australia on two fully packed 55cc scooters. Going 50 on the infinite highways, being passed by terrifying road trains, breaking down in the desert, running out of water in the middle of nowhere and burning in the constant heat of the sun. Free camp everywhere in a ‘nobodys world’ surrounded by incredible nature and wild live around me 💚

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can listen, I can talk.. I like to share my travel experience and bring joy by making fun, playing games of cooking a delicious meal together. Or, give you a noisy didgeridoo performance, but I wont recommend it yet.
