Overview
About Me
I'm currently on the road myself, so am unfortunately unable to host anyone at the moment.
---
I'm from Sweden, but live in Berlin where I'm doing a masters in Latin American studies. My favourite way of discovering new places and environments is by bike. I've also fallen in love with hitchhiking! I'm into a mixture of things; cinemas, bike riding, reading, going to bars, trying to dance Salsa and (again) trying to play the guitar. I'm very interested in languages and different cultures, and travel as often as I can!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I travel alone most of the time and it's easy to end up with a very 'touristy' perspective on things when you're only staying in hostels. Since I'm always looking for the opposite of that and believe that traveling should be an exchange, staying with and getting to know local residents and their scene is the best approach.
Music, Movies, and Books
Favourite book must be the Dwarf by Pär Lagerkvist. When it comes to movies I love David Lynch and am very open minded about music. The Beatles and other musicians from the 60's and 70's will always be close to my heart.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hitchhiking from Berlin to Italy! It's amazing the different types of people you get in touch with and whose lives cross yours for brief moments on the road
