I’ve decided to write a brand new description of myself because of the fact that I wanted everybody to know who I am, fresh and up to date. I wish to show myself as the individual i truly am so you can get a clearer picture of me. I enjoy five things in life the most. Travel, fitness, photography and cooking. And of course the most important one of all, family & friends.

Traveling has brought great joy to my life and through traveling you learn many things about yourself. One of the biggest things I've learned and experienced is how wonderful and heartwarming people around the world can be, going out of their way to help another human being. Ive always felt within in my that i never could just stay in one place, for me moving is living.

Staying healthy both physically and mentally has always been an important part of my life, since i like adventures and staying active its important to keep in shape. Plus it has always provided me with stability and joy. Fitness is a lifestyle and not a goal, its continuous. Ive also acquired good cooking skills since i am a nutritionist and have to set an example for my clients. Consider me and i will return the favour by cooking a delicious home made meal for you(The host & Family) :).

I always tried to be a good role model ever since my little brother one day told me that i was the person he looks up to. Someone saying something like that makes your realise that you have responsibilities to be a guiding individual and even more a teacher of life so you can radiate good energy to people that look up to you. Working as a personal trainer gave me the tools i needed to be a good teacher. So if you are willing to take me in to your humble home i will give back with the skill-set i have of course. I always lived by the give and get back philosophy of life.

Family & friends are a long way back home in Sweden, I miss them dearly of course. But i am here because i love a good challenge and i need to follow my heart and do what makes me happy, Its not something you choose its something that chooses you. Travel and a big smile choose me :)
