Currently, I am an industrial engineering Ph.D. student and working as a researcher in university. I am married and we live in Ankara, Turkey.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Due to my occupation, I really travel a lot. Besides the money, I know that how much it is important to meet/know someone from the countries I visited. I know many people who had great couchsurfing experiences and awsome moments. I am very excited for the possibility of meeting new friends all over world, host them and be hosted !

Music, Movies, and Books

I usually try to listen all type of musics; however, Coldplay is my favourite group in these days. There are two Turkish group that I can never stop listening: "Dus Sokagi Sakinleri and Duman". Just a personal advice, when you have a free time, try this group and let yourself free to their hands :)

I also can't say that I have a favourite movie; but this is not why I don't watch movies. I watch a lot but it is difficult for me to give a name. Bryan Craston is my favorite actor.; that's why Breaking Bad is the best TV Series I have ever watched. Narcos an Stranger things was also awsome.

For the authors, I used to like Dan Brown. These days, I am an kind of interested in biases in decision making and I am reading Dan Ariely's books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have married when I was 24 :)) But I really love my wife, and it is really amazing to share my life with another person. The best thing is that I dont have to travel alone anymore :). We have togather visited; Russia, France, Belgium, Holland, Germany and Brazil only in 1 year, the world is getting smaller for us :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am from Turkey, which is not known too much with other people. Just an advice don't believe the good/bad news you see in TVs. My country have a huge culture from foods to history. I can share this huge culture with you. I visited several countries and experienced many things. I can share my travelling experiences. I can be a good and long term friend that you can call me whenever you need.
