Overview
About Me
I'm a journalist interested in social change. Mother of two, bringing them up alone. In love with Madrid
A short and messy list of my "musts": Photography, walking around unknown cities, arts, food, gin tonic, jelly mini cups, shoes... And this is an unfinished list.
I usually don't host surfers on weekends (with some exceptions)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Why not?
I cannot afford trips abroad for my kids to discover the world, but I can bring the world to my home.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Joaquín Sabina, Zaz, Las Migas, Silvia Pérez Cruz, Quique González...
Books: Spanish and latinamerican poetry. Short tales (Benedetti, Onetti, Calvino...). My last discovering, Lucia Berlin. And always, Chimamanda Ngozie
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Tickle my children.
Sleeping in Wadi Rum desert (Jordan). Play rugby and petanca for the first time and during the same day with my CS host in Toulouse
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach how to prepare a tasty "tortilla de patatas" . Happy to practice English and French.
Couchsurfers offering to cook some dinner and lending me a hand with my children, specially welcome.
