About Me

I'm a 23 year old German girl who has studied and worked in Cologne for the last four years and is now about to move to Sweden (but before that decided to travel through Italy for a little). I am an open-minded, active & easygoing person with a passion for coral reefs, nature, cooking & good conversations. I am always interested and curious in finding out more about my surroundings, to explore new areas & get to know new people - which is why I love the couchsurfing spirit. I like doing yoga/being outdoors, going to festivals, traveling and drinking coffee. In my past travels I mostly stayed at hostels but I would love to use CS more in the future & also host some people (as soon as I get a place with more than one room :D)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's an amazing way to get around - exploring a city or area with tips from people living there is a much more fulfilling traveling experience compared to only googling the hotspots. I feel like CS enables me to really get to know a place/city/country more deeply.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like different kinds of musics such as techno, indie and hip hop (and sometimes reggeaton) - but when the vibes feel good i can become enthusiastic about almost any kind of music.

I love documentaries (about nature, climate stuff, adventurous people) but also like to read modern poetry books as well contemporary books from authors like Suter or Sophie Passmann.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking a massive vulcano in Guatemala really freaking unprepared (amazing I survived, got hiking boots now 😄)

Teach, Learn, Share

I love cooking, my flatmates especially like my Beluga lentil curry or summer rolls, I can also make some typical German meals. Also aways love to share and learn about each other’s travel stories and hear about different ways to live.
