I am a yoga teacher born and raised on the magnificent west coast of Ireland in the beautiful and quant town of Galway. I have lived away for many years; I spent seven years living in dublin doing a degree in film and then working. In this time I also travelled the world. After Dublin I lived in Colombia for two years mostly in the city of Bogota where I learned to speak Spanish dance Cumbia and Salsa and also put on South Americas first ever Irish film festival. I returned to Galway seven years ago and even though I started yoga many many years previously it was in since I got back that I got very deeply into it. I did a two year TTC and am now in training to become a Yoga Therapist. I also set up my own yoga school (Yoga Roots Ireland - Instragram). I am most drawn to the mystical, vedantic and tantric aspects of yoga rather than yoga as sport of exercise. This has been the main focus of my life for the past few years although other things have also emerged. I am a singer in a little band here in Galway. I sing traditional Irish music, folk, jazz, blues and vedic chants.

I am extroverted allot of the time so love meeting new people getting into long philosophical debates or just going out and being wild! Also super super interested in playing music and singing with people.
