Hi, I am Melda, originally come from Jakarta, Indonesia. I have been living in Munich since August 2016, so I can humbly say that I know the city pretty well and speak German fluently 👀

I travel since I was 19 and mostly (or I prefel to) travel by my own. Until now, I have been in 22 countries and more than 80 cities in Asia, Europe and North Africa 🌍

In 2014 I was madly in love with Europe after finished my three months internship with AIESEC in Sofia, Bulgaria. This experience encouraged me to leave everything that I had in Indonesia (my family, my good friends, as well as my dream job) and move to Germany in 2016 in order to fulfill my teenage dreams:
Living abroad, speak different languages, and meeting people from different cultures 🌍

I know it sounds crazy, but I was young and free (well, ofc now I'm still young 😌😛, but hopefully not that crazy anymore 😂)

I'm always in love in something different, prefer small groups rather than big groups, hate small talk and fake people. Be you, be a real human being 🌸

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, since I live far away from my family and my friends in Indonesia, I hope through couchsurfing I will be able to meet some nice and fun people, who also want to share their experiences and stories as well as exploring this beautiful city with me 🌍
