About Me

I'm a 24 years old girl from Brazil. I was born in a small town in the State of Sao Paulo, called Sao Jose do Rio Pardo, where I lived the most of my life and where I've meet my fiance when I was 14 years old and he was 16.
When I was 18, I moved to Poços de Caldas, in the Minas Gerais State for attending the Architecture school. As I'm very attached to my family, I used to go back to my hometown every single weekend. But college was absolutelly the best time of my life. I've made my best friends for real, lived great experiences with them, I grew up as person and I matured a lot.
Now I'm back to my hometown and my current occupation is architect and urbanist. I love my job, but I'm the type of person who wants something more from life than being inside of my office. I'm an optmist and dreamer person. I wanna discover the world and try new experiences able to make me a better person, improving my percepcion of the world, besides my professional skills.
I'm crazy about travelling and parallel with my job, I'm developing a travel blog where I intend to share my experiences while I'm exploring new places and cultures, inspiring people to seek their dreams like I do.
I'm an easy-going and happy person. I love hanging out with family and friends. I'm always willing for having some fun or for a good conversation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As an architect and a curious person, I can say that the Couchsurfing experience would be the best option for me. I really love traveling, meeting diferent places, cultures and people. Couchsurfing would provide me a great trip, full of culture, new friends and adventure wherever I go.
My best friend Julia and I are planing our first trip to Europe. We'll attend a design course at IED in Milan. So we'll enjoy this opportunity to meet a little bit about Europe, specially Italy. We would be very happy and grateful if someone could host us for a little while, maybe we can cook some tasty brazilian food for you.

My favorite book is definitely Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen.
As my favorite book, one of my favorite movies is also Pride and Prejudice. I also love breath taking movies like Prisoners. But I keep with me my list of silly movies that I love cause reminds me my childhood, like The Lizzie McGuire movie, What a Girl Wants, Mean Girls and other. LOL
About music, I'm a very eclitic person. My favorite bands are Maroon 5, Pink Floyd, Pearl Jam and The Killers. My spotify list depends on my mood of the day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done somethings that I consider amazing, like going to Canada all by myself in 2015's summer for an internship exchange. I've spend 3 months there and it was a wonderful experience. I felt totally free and very connected with my self. Canada is multi-cultural country, so I had the opportunity of connecting with lots of people from lots of different places and cultures and learn a little bit about them. People from China, India, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia and others. It was really great!
While I was in Canada, I also had the opportunity of meeting Chicago with my best friend Julia, who use to be my roomate in college. In Chicago I made great friends, who I still talk to.
Diving on Paraty's and Natal's islands with my fiance and my family was great too.
Spending time with my family and friends is always an amazing experiece. I'm very attached to them.
I hope Europe also can be an amazing experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

As I really appreciate the culture diversity, I'm on couchsurfing exactly to learn and share great experiences with different people from different cultures and backgrounds.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I could teach a little bit about my mother language: portuguese. I could share some cooking skills with some brazilian tasty recipes. I could share a little bit about brazilian culture, share some personal experiences about nice places to go in Brazil. I also could share some makeup tricks for who may be interested. And for sure, I could give some help with whatever is needed.
