I am currently studying a teaching degree for special education in cologne. After finishing my bachelor thesis in April, quitting my job, me and my partner are going on a 4 month trip through the UK. The time is perfect because Max is writing his phd thesis and can flexible to take some time off. First big bagpack trip together :)
We wanna explore nature, go hiking, visit pubs and more. We are also planning on trying the WWOOFing experience and to work on organic farms. And I also would love to come back to the couchsurf experience in this trip. In the past I have travelled and hosted with couchsurfing - and i absolutly loved it. Thats why I am finally back (after this long long covid times) to travel and to surf.

I am really interested into music. When I was 6 years old I started to play the cello and later the piano. Max plays trumpet and the ukulele. So we love to sing and jam together. To enjoy this while traveling we will bring the ukulele with us.
I also enjoy doing sport: yoga, hiking and are the things I do mostly. But I am also always happy to try out new things. Max plays beach volleyball and we both are really into roundnet (spikeball).

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

The reason why I am on Couchsurfing is because I love to travel. But I am looking for a more intense way of travelling: To meet locals or people who are living in the place that I would like to visit. Exchanging stories and experience, sharing nice moments and maybe get some insider tipps for example where to get the best coffee in town would be awesome.

The book I loved the most this/last year (I even wrote my thesis about it) is called IDENTITTI from Mithu M. Sanyal.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

A hitchhiking Trip with with my best friend to Hiddensee, a very small island in the eastern sea where no cars are allowed. The silence but also the nature was amazing and we had a wounderful time there sleeping for some nights at the beach under the stars.
