Hi, my name is Anna Maria - call me Anna! I grew up in a small town in the Austrian alps and am resultantly keen on hiking and winter sports! I just finished doing my Bachelor´s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management in Vienna at MU and currently work at my parent´s place in Styria.

During my studies I lived half a year in Guildford whilst doing my exchange semester and half a year in the Balearic Islands where I did my internship in a high-class boutique hotel in Puigpunyent, Spain. My parents already used to travel a lot with me when I was a child and I am keen to keep this up - traveling is something I am really passionate about! German is my mother tongue and I speak English and Spanisch fluently and have a decent level of Italian - my french is very basic - but I am keen to keep on learning!

I am a super-spontanous person and always motivate to discover and shape the world. I love doing sports, going for long runs, trekking, yoga, biking, swimming but at the same time I bear a highly creative side too, love to paint, sing and play the piano! I am also into photography and recently startet to get into filming a bit. I am also into slow-food and clean eating!

I have a passion for art and good literature and am also deeply into fashion! I love having long interesting conversations bout various things - I enjoy having good company - people who get it and are loads of fun !

Traveling is my greatest passion - I just returned from my trip to Nepal yesterday and decided to log on this platform - of which I heard loads of good things - to make my journeys more intense culture-wise and gather a more in-depth local knowledge of the places I wanna go2& visit! Guess this is the best way to get this kind of experience and strike up friendships that could last a life-time!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music .. hard to say so - love a range of quite different stuff - dating back to pink floyd ( love the wall - great one! ), ranging from jazz via blues to reggae, rap and rock but also enjoying pop and punk so loads of favs in here!!
My fav movies - ahw.. could narrow them down to three: The Holiday featuring Jude Law and Cameron Diaz, Midnight in Paris by Woody Allan and Casablanca with Humphrey Bogart ! (you can see - I am hopelessly romantic (; )
Books - recently I am a lot into good old american literature - Marc Twain & Ernest Hemingway. Apart from that I love Shakespeare <3

Love to hang´around with people who share my passion to travel or my ideas bout art or taste in fashion - having good conversations bout that or simply smth the other person is into, or anything else! Could be philosophy, sustainability, politics - also controversial - highly appreciated!
