I am a Ph.D. student in Latin American Literatures and Cultures at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I enjoyed riding my bike, swimming, and spending time with friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am really interested in being part of a community by travelling and sharing with new people. When I travel my purpose is to try to engage with local people and learn how would be living there. I consider myself beyond tourist.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in the Amazon forest --the boundary between Colombia, Brazil, and Peru for almost 1 month. I learned how to live with basic stuff and to appreciate diversity.
