About Me

Hi I'm Amandine but feel free to call me Amy if it's easier for you ! I'm open-minded and I love talking with people. I love traveling, and speaking foreign languages.
I know that I need to travel to be happy in my life.

I went in Slovakia twice for work experience and I enjoyed it a lot. It's such a wonderful country !
4 years ago, I lived in Italy , which I liked a lot. I've met a lot of very interesting people who are now my friends :)

Now, I'm back to France, in the north, waiting for my next adventure after having spent 2 years in Bulgaria !

As you see, I don't miss a chance to go abroad and travel ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love every kind of music with a preference for rock music.
My favourite book is a french one, named "les souvenirs" from Foenkinos. It's really well written and the narrator shares with us its memories.
I usually like british comedies and french films. My favourite film is "l'auberge espagnole", it's french and it inspires me. It's the story of a guy who spend one year in Spain for his studies and meet people from different European countries.
I also love the film "Dead poet society" which is just awesome.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My best friends are from different countries and I met them abroad. It's maybe not so extraordinary but I find it great.

Teach, Learn, Share

I taught french in Italy last year which has been a great experience based on reciprocity. You teach but you learn from others too.

Travel makes you discover other things, other points of view , makes you learn on yourself, makes you feel living. By meeting people you learn and you can share your stories, your way of thinking. Thats' great !

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a very friendly person, smiling and I am welcoming. :)
