About Me
Hi I'm Phillipp, 20 years old and and just finished my high school graduation 2016! Now I'm taking a gap year and want to seize the opportunity to meet new people in different countries and experience new and exciting cultures on my way.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm looking for affordable ways to meet new people and embrace new cultures. I want to enjoy the easy way of living like at home while still being in another country. Hostels are just too much like a swarm of bees all trying to find their way in the big open world.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love music, it helps me catalyse my thoughts. And since thoughts have many different faces, my taste in music is diverse as well. I pretty much listen to anything depending on my mood. One of my favourites that I want to mention is 'Razz'.
When it comes to movies I pretty much like all movies starring Leonardo DiCaprio or Jo(h)nny Depp. Otherwise I prefer movies with a philosophical aspect.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Since I'm a pretty modest person I'd say that I haven't done anything 'amazing' like solving huge environmental problems or brining peace to the world, but I think all the small times I've made someone laugh or just even lifted their mood by being stupid and clumsy, count for as much as one not so amazing but still pretty good thing I've done!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'd like to share my (until now sadly still limited) experiences, my thoughts, my happiness and maybe even my way of living. I like to talk and discuss various topics, especially ones concerning society, philosophy, the economy or politics, but basically everything is okay!
