I've been a salesperson for most of my career. Still have that desire to get out and explore the world. Explored America a lot when I was younger and trying my hand at stand-up comedy. Now really want to see the rest of the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I saw a Couchsurfing group one time and they seemed to be having a grand time. Would be really great to visit amazing places and not be alone.

Love classic rock, punk rock, pop, pretty much all of it aside from country.
My favorite author is Vonnegut though I don't read as much as I used to
Favorite movies are Shawshank Redemption and Good WIll Hunting

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did stand-up comedy for a few years. Never quite to the fullest, but I still took off from work and traveled the U.S. So I'm pretty proud of that.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn other languages and about other cultures. I still have some exploring left to do in the U.S. but am really excited to be someplace more foreign and hopefully bereft of strip malls.

if I decide to host, I can share a very friendly environment to stay that is in Astoria, NY. Astoria is in Queens, which is the most multiculturally diverse place on the planet. I can also share a decent knowledge of the city to help them have a nice time.
