About Me
Laid back, courteous, enjoys stories, fueled by art & music, non-judgemental as a human living in this day and age can be.
I skate between 1500-2000 miles each year. My skateboard is my car.
I'm fascinated by most anyone who has something they are passionate about. I'm a tea drinker but I also enjoy coffee on occasion. I have endless stories. I may party with you if you ask me too and any excuse to go somewhere with a dance floor is a one I'll likely consider.
I am a social person and am generally open to meeting just about anybody as long as they aren't too stinky or mean. I enjoy facing my fears. I love to snowboard, downhill skate, and surf. I love plants. If you ask me to weed your garden I just might. I enjoy chipping in and can cook tasty meals. No one likes to do the dishes but if you cook I'll clean ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I travel a lot. I have friends, family, and acquaintances scattered about the states that I like to visit. I'm up for new experiences and challenges. I don't always have a lot of money so hotels and hostels are a last resort if friends or family can't offer me a place to rest. I'm not needy at all and would be just as happy sleeping in a tent and sleeping bag if able. I am told I am pretty easy to get along with and I make friends with just about anyone if they are willing to be friendly in return. This is a big part of why I'm on Couchsurfing. I enjoy playing guitar or sharing ideas, stories, and company with others from different places. Let's link up!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A friend had invited me to Oahu but I didn't have much cash so I travelled to Hawaii with frequent flyer miles to do some farming at my skater buddy's aquaponics CSA farm that his parents own in return for food and a place to stay. I spent two months exploring every beach, mountain, and city I could by way of bus and skateboard. I learned to scuba dive on North Shore where my old high school buddy was living in Haleiwa, I hiked to Pukka Point with my old pal from university, and I found love in Waikiki. I was so happy with World Wide Opportunities in Organic Farming that it brought me and an friend to do sharecropping just outside of Pensacola, FL the following year. Check out WWOOF.ORG.
