Hi! My name's Belén Sánchez and Im from the very south of Spain. Im studying Chemistry at the University in my local city (nowdays Im on Erasmus in Romania). Im a very funny and active person who likes going out with friends all the time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Im on couchsurfing because I like travelling. To travel is my life and couldnt imagine it without going to everyplace I can. Here we have the opportunity of travelling and get to know at the same time people from the place we go, what I think is the greatest thing we can do. Knowing different cultures... or maybe the same, but with different views of the life, its absolutely amazing.

Interests

When I travel I LOVE eating traditional dishes from the place I go. I can eat double a day just to try everything! Also, with my belly full I like seing the monuments and the city Centre. With this two things Im happy with my trip :)
And also, I have time, I love going to the countryside to see the landscapes and the nature of the different places.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 18 years old I went to the United Kindom to live as an aupair. It was the first time I was going by plane, and I did it alone. I went with no phone, no money and I only knew the family I was going to live with because of phonecalls.
It ended as the best experience of my life. The kids I was taking care of were fantastic, the parents very kind and attentive, I made friends really fast there and I learned two different cultures; the one from england and the one from Nigeria (as the family were from there).
Just amaizing.
