Hello, my name is Vitória Cristina, I'm 18 years old and I'm a new member here, therefore I am still learning how this couchsurfing thing works haha.
I grew up in Palmas-TO, but now I live with my bother in Goiânia to study advertising at UFG. I have visited other cities in Brazil -most of them when I was a child- and also a few other countries, such as Chile, Belgium, Netherlands (just Amsterdam and just for a day), France (just Paris, same crazy trip with my mom and my brother) and United Kingdom. In december 2014 I lived in Oxford/UK for a month and a half to study English and since then I've considered myself fluent in English, altough I know it is not perfect. During that time, I visited lots of cities in England such as Cambridge and Bath, in addition to Edimburgh, in Scotland. It was the best time of my life and since then what I want the most is to travel forever and ever! But I still want a degree, do you see my problem? haha Anyways. I look forward to meeting you!

PS: I am a lactose intolerant and I need a map with me at all times because I am just naturally probably genetically lost. If you accept to host me, I hope you can help me with that :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I made this account because I aM GOING TO LOLLAPALOOZA!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT??? My flight leaves on March 23rd and I need a place to stay, since I don't know anyone who lives in São Paulo, but I don't have much money, so... Yeah haha here I am :)
I also believe this is going to be very useful in the future since I want to travel more.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to so many kinds of music! It really depends on my humor. But, of course, I have some kinds of music and some artists I like to listen more often, such as eletronic music in general, indie music, Melanie Martinez, Tove Lo, Marina and The Diamonds, Foster the People etc.
When it comes to films... I really love The Perks of Being a Wallflower. I read the book too and I was so proud of myself because it was the first book I've read in English. I have also read The Bell Jar, The Cacher in the Rye, Coraline, A Series of Unfortunate Events and lots more, but sadly I don't read as much as I used to anymore. Nowadays I tend to spend my free time watching series such as GOT, OITNB, 3%, Sense8 etc.
