I recently graduated with a degree in Spanish, and am living in Spain as an English teacher. I like watching and playing sports of all kinds from the normal- basketball, soccer, to the slightly off-beat- ping-pong, juggling, and frisbee. I like most types of music, particularly rap, house, rock, and funk. I even performed some stand-up comedy in college. I enjoy meeting new people, and I consider myself a good host. Not the best cook, but I have a few solid dishes up my sleeve!

I'm looking to travel around various places in between work while I'm abroad, and Couchsurfing seems like a great way to meet people in new places. I'm also happy to return the favor when fellow travelers find themselves in my neck of the woods.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

One of the most amazing things I've done was visiting Lake Titicaca, the highest freshwater lake in the world located on the border of Bolivia and Peru. I took a boat to Isla del Sol and went for a few runs and walked around the Island. There's nothing quite like going for a run on old, Incan footpaths, hearing nothing but your breath and the breeze. Clear water, fresh air, great stars, and all surrounded by snow-capped peaks. I want to see it once more before I die.
