Must read: Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza. Do yourself a favour and download storytell (first month = free) and listen to this while you sit in the train or do your dishes or whatever. If this book does not change your life you can send your complaints directly to me.

Some current favourite books/authors: Ishmael by Daniel Quinn, Eckhart Tolle, Tommy Wieringa, Elena Ferrante, Pascal Mercier.

Music: anything from rock-'n-roll, psychedelic rock, classical (piano) music, funk, reggae, low-fi, jazzy beats, ambient, balkan beats... but nothing (binaural) beats vibrational healing.

Movies/tv shows: currently just about anything in Spanish as i am trying to pick up some of the language (or so i can consider watching Spanish shows on Netflix as being productive - it's all about perspective). Would love any recommendations!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

• Saw a shark right in front of me while (trying to) surf (it wasn't that amazing)

• Currently studying how to reduce ego but increase self worth 🤪
