Overview
About Me
I am a recent graduate from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where I studied Latin American and Caribbean Studies and Social work. In addition to my school work, I worked as a hostess at a restaurant in Ann Arbor, at an immigrant rights center, and facilitate a creative writing workshop in a men's correctional facility. Last year I studied abroad in Valparaiso, Chile. I took ceramics classes, worked at an art school, spent a great deal of time hanging out with friends, learned some Spanish and loved living away from home. I like cooking, I grew up playing soccer and drawing and like to go out and party and also like to drink coffee and read.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I met people when I was studying abroad in Chile who were hosts and talked about how much they enjoyed getting to meet people from different places who stayed with them. I became interested in couch surfing when I made dinner with my friend for her couch surfing host. I liked the idea of staying with people who live in the places I visit and hope to host when I have my own place.
