I'm a student in the United States just finishing up a BS in Communications with a focus in Journalism.

I'm new to the Couchsurfer ranks, having recently studied abroad / traveled for the first time and done a Eurotrip. I spent NYE 2016-2017 at a party with some cool CS members, and it inspired me to join the platform and I will be hosting when I am able.

I'm also a music/film/ theater lover, gamer, craft beer enthusiast, semi pro musician, and a huge Green Bay Packers fan.

Music: rock, pop punk, soul, hip hop, tasteful pop, motown, indie, country, southern rock, blues.... You name it, as long as it's not disco or overly simple / displaying of a lack of talent and I'm probably at least a casual fan

Movies: 80s movies are my fave... Back to the Future, Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink, Rocky, Terminator, St. Elmo's Fire, Top Gun etc
