About Me
Dearest Travellers, THANK YOU FOR THE PLENTY OF REQUEST; DUE TO MY BUSY SCHEDULE CURRENTLY I MAY BE ABLE TO HOST ONLY FOR 1 NIGHT and I can't really be with you during the day, maybe few hours in the morning.
If still interested feel free to contact ma and I'll do my best to answer - and sorry if I miss it :) )
25/07/2018
I'm an active, friendly, always cheerful and welcoming girl.
I lived in the UK and in Switzerland. I truly loved the international life in both countries. I love meeting new people from all over the word, hearing about your country and culture, share experiences.
I'm very sporty (I'm a sport coach), love running (outside), hiking, swimming and cycling from spring to autumn.
Countries I've been outside of Europe: South-East China, Vietnam
And I'd love to travel to loads of other places! :)
If my schedule allows me I'm happy to show the rather the nature, green part of Budapest instead of being in the busy downtown, looking at the buildings/statues and telling about the history (sorry it's not me).
I'm also happy to do sports with you or even giving you an outdoor Pilates/TRX/own-weight training lesson if interested.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. I live in a 1-room flat so I prefer to host girls if possible.
2. At weekends I usually go for a long 1-day hikes (either/both on Sat&Sun) and getting up quite early so I can't promise to guide you around. Only occasioanally when one of the days at weekend is free.
3. Weekdays: of course, I work, however sometimes I can be flexible with working hours and be off for few hours.
4. Please do not contact me if you snore. (as mentioned it's a 1-room flat and I have quite bad experience with one snoring :) )
5. If one contacts me, please specify the timing when would arrive/leave and what your plans are. (fine with leaving home with me in the morning when I'm off to work and fine with visiting Budapest without my company or you defo would like to spend some hours with me and walking around or chatting etc.) - so I see my days and see better whether I can make it or not. - if no specific arrival/dept. timing and activity plan (or referring to them) written in yr request I may assume that my profile was not read..
6. If we eat together, I prefer to eat out instead of cooking at home - again, small flat, even smaller kitchen.
7. I do have a separate, very comfortable couch where even 2 ppl can sleep easily together (at least 2 girls or 1 guy and 1 girl :) )
8. For the summer season: I have an air-conditioner. :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'd like to keep having an international life and I really love meeting new people and sharing experience, helping them and like the idea of helping and hosting each other - I also see it as a great opportunity to create new friends, getting an insight into another culture.
Currently I learn German (again), still beginner level, and so I'd be happy to be able to practice it sometimes.
Music, Movies, and Books
Actually I like almost every kind of music apart from very hard rock, punk.
I don't really watch movies/TV.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I overcame my fear of flying and heights and got into a 2 seat light aircraft;
I moved out of my comfort zone several times during my life. :)
I went for a hike in the swiss Alpes and I got something very special there.. I fall in love with the mountains - especially with the Alpes.
Teach, Learn, Share
Outdoor training, nutrition, career and vocational guidance.
I worked at 2 big multinational companies so I can give you an insight into their culture.
Sharing my experiences living in the UK, in Switzerland, and I've been to South-East China and Vietnam too.
What I Can Share with Hosts
my experience(s), my knowledge, my time, my flat
As it turned out I'm quite good at carrying a "light" person on the back seat of my old(s)cool bicycle! :D
/ not for a long while though :P )
