About Me

I'm a talkative, outgoing, sometimes silly and crazy tour guide from Vienna. I'm interested in almost everything especially art, literature, languages and music - and I'd love to learn more about the stuff you know.

As I said before, I'm a tour guide, but besides that also an artist in many ways: I'm really into goldsmithing, drawing, writing poetry and prose and playing the piano & guitar. Furthermore I like to do sports, especially parkour, boxing and swimming. I'm always looking for new people who can inspire me and let me see the world from their point of view.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Why am I here? Because I love to travel (why else should I write this? :) and I'd like to meet YOU, to learn more about you, your stuff and your country. I'm an adventurer, show me something crazy. Life is memories - I want to collect as many as possible :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Man, that´s a tough one...

Music: Everyone says that, but I listen to everything (except Austrian folk. You know the guys with leather trousers, smiling totally crazy and playing accordion on the top of a mountain :P ?). But you can listen to every other kind of music with me. From classical music to dubstep, from electronic to pop, rock, metal, hip hop, (other) folk, stuff with nonsense-lyrics (love it!), and and and...

Literature: as a student of comparative literature I read a lot. It's hard to pick a favourite. The last books I liked very much were the works by Alain de Botton (a modern philosopher) and Tomas Espedal (a norwegian author who's playing with autofiction - he's a great inspiration for my own works).

Movies: I can't stand brutal stuff, it really freaks me out. What I like are european movies, or some that challenge your perception of reality and let you think about them several hours after watching them. I call them mindfuck-movies :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

You know the following situation?: Someone asks you this question an there's a black hole in your brain. But some hours after beeing asked, you're taking a shower and so many answers spring to mind? Yes. Same feeling here, right this very moment. I'll add something after taking a shower :)

Teach, Learn, Share

To learn and to share is something absolutely beautiful!
I'm always searching for good and inspiring conversations, for these moments of "Ah, I didn't know that, let me hear some more about it!".

We can:
- share music
- make music
- write literature together
- draw/paint together
- party, go out
- do some sports
- go to museums
- experience your/my city far away from the touristic paths
- cook together
- talk nonsense together
- someone should stop me from listing, there are so many ideas!!!

We should definetly meet each other :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Isn't that the same question as above? :)
