I'm 28 years old and I graduated as a medical doctor and recently obtained my PhD in Pediatrics/Metabolism. I also studied philosophy and have a particular interest in teaching. Right now, I'm finishing up a year of post-doctoral research and applying for a university medical teaching program. In my spare time I love listening to music and going to concerts.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I love traveling and meeting new people. I also visit a lot of concerts, often even abroad. Aside from crowdsurfing at the concert, coachsurfing sounds like an awesome experience!

Currently, I'm making a short trip to Canada (Toronto) and the US (New York City, Philadelphia) and will probably be traveling South America early 2019. Early 2019 I travelled South America and I've lived and traveled in the US for 7 months in 2018. When I'm get in Groningen (NL) in April, I'm going to look for a new apartment and will be able to host travelers as well!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Very broad interest in music from melancholy simple guitar or piano music to heavy gutwrenching metal. I love going to music festivals of all kinds. Nick Cave is my hero. Special love for heavy stuff like doom, stoner, sludge, hardcore and psychedelic music. Roadburn is my favorite place/festival ever!
