Hi, my name is Rafael, and although you can tell by my name and face that I am Spanish, I am not the "typical-Spanish-guy" kind of guy. I am currently studying an Architecture degree, which I started in Valencia four years ago, but two years the destiny brought me to London and now I am about to graduate in Architecture at Central Saint Martins.

Main things that I like are all kinds of art, specially architecture, photography and design. I love hanging out, drinking (coffee / wine / beer / gin-tonic), talking, etc. And apart from that I also love walking around cities, listening to new music, getting creative and making stuff, learning from other people and taking stupid photos.

As a person, I consider myself to be easygoing and adaptable, always up to do things and friendly, although sometimes it's hard to get to know me very well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have always loved travelling and whenever I have the chance I do, but since a while ago, I felt that I needed to change my way of travelling in order to not get bored of it. So couchsurfing gives me a new perspective for travelling around the world, meeting local people and making new friends that I would never make without this.
