I am Carmen, I'm 27 years old and I am a doctor. I also want to introduce Eric, he is 29 years old, He has finished his business studies and he is currently working in a company helping restaurants. We usually travel together.
It's very difficult to define oneself, we are polite and friendly.
A few years ago we started to travel by hitchhiking, at first it was because we had little money, now because we like to meet people and it is the best way to know a country.

We have known each us for eight years. We like to travel together because we like the same things when we are away from home.
I'm from Malagón (a little village near Madrid) and Eric is from Barcelona, we are currently living in Sevilla.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that It is fantastic to meet people and to know customs. It's the same reason we travel by hitchhiking.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Here I can write what has been our best trip so far. In 2017 we went to Estonian and went back to Spain hitchhiking. We visited many countries, and best of all we met many people. I think we've learned from the life of traveling.

Two years ago we have made another incredible trip. We have crossed the US hitchhiking. From San Francisco to New York, it has been amazing. We spent 50 days, this is the history that Eric has written on a book. We have met many special people and we have learned a lot.

Nowadays I think that the book is our great news!!!!

Nowadays we have other possibilities but we love to do hitch-hiking and meet people doing couchsurfing. If we can, we continue traveling this way. We love try it in all our trips.
We want to travel a lot, know cities, typical food, customs, make friends, listen to their stories and fill our days with experiences.
Whenever I have the opportunity I take the backpack and I think a trip.

We are happy when we take a plane, when we exchange customs or when a new friend sings us his favorite song. we are happy when we are traveling.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We live in a very small house, people are always welcome. The only problem is that we're little time at home. When we are traveling, people can stay at my mother's house, although it is a very small town (She is happy to receive them)
